Make a TEAPOT Full Day ceramic workshop
Join our "Good Mood" ceramic-making workshop for adults.  (16+)
No experience is needed.
 
On this day you have oportunity to join us to make your own teapot.

Place: The Mood Designs,( upstairs studio), Ellison Street, Castlebar, Co. Mayo F23CD83
 
SATURDAY, September 30th

You're going to make stoneware teapot  using slab-building techniques, 3D decorating and painting with underglazes.

During the workshop, you'll be able to complete your project,  which will be glazed and fired afterwards in our studio. 

Your ceramic (you'll be extremely proud of) will be ready to collect approx. 3-5 weeks after the class.
 
All materials and firing ceramics included.

  • We hope you enjoy your experience with The Mood Designs. Our aim is to support you in creating beautiful work in a healthy, collaborative, fun-filled and respectful studio space.

    Please ensure you have read, understood and accepted these Terms & Conditions before you book a class, workshop or course.

    Contract of Sale

    Completion of our booking process and making a deposit or full payment constitutes your understanding and acceptance of our terms and conditions and thus forms your contract with The Mood Designs.

    Payment

    Payment of the full class, workshop or course fees is made in advance and should be made at the time of placing a booking. It is not normally possible to attend unless full payment has been received.

    Class, workshop or course fees includes tuition, materials (clay, glazes, underglazes) and firings costs. 

    Cancellation

    Cancellations must be made in writing, by post or email. Cancellations will be subject to the following fees:


    Cancellations less than 48 hours of the start date will be charged the full fee.

    Cancellations more than 2 days before the start date will be charged 20% of the fee.

    Studio Closure

    If the studio is forced to close due to factors outside of our control such as severe weather conditions, force majeure, or an infectious disease such as Covid-19 we’re afraid we are not able to offer any refunds.

    Content

    The Mood Designs reserves the right to change the content, timing, date, venue or teacher of any class, workshop or course in order to provide a high quality service or where it is necessary for reasons beyond our control.

    The Mood Designs reserves the right to cancel a class, workshop or course up to and including the date of the class, workshop or course if insufficient bookings have been received, and will strive to give as much notice of this as possible.

    Individuals booked onto a cancelled class, workshop or course will be given the option of a full refund or of rescheduling to a future class, workshop or course date. The Mood Designs will not be liable for any losses or expenses arising from amendments to the class, workshop or course or cancellations.

    Health and Safety

    Users of the studio do so at their own risk with awareness of the inherent hazards of a pottery studio environment. E.g. The presence of Oxides.
