In celebration of International Women's Day, join us for a special workshop evening with 'Cacao Meditation and Mindful Ceramic Making', in the company of Julie from 'Finding Feathers'.
Our guest Julie will open the evening by giving us an introduction to ceremonial cacao, explaining the benefits of paring it with creative endeavours followed by a guided meditation, to help you connect with your creativity.
Following this tranquil beginning, it's time to immerse yourself in mindful ceramic making. Let the newfound connection with your heart guide your hands as you shape clay into beautiful expressions of your inner world.
Throughout the evening, our teacher(s) will be on hand to support and inspire, helping you bring your artistic visions to life.
Your piece (which you'll be very proud of) will be ready to collect approximately 2-4 weeks after the class.
All materials and firing ceramics are included.
Limited places, booking essential!
We look forward to sharing this mindful evening with you.
